As a service organization, Burroughs offers one of the nation’s largest maintenance and support organizations with over 300 technicians delivering comprehensive and customized maintenance coverage. Burroughs offers automated teller machine (ATM) and kiosk sales service throughout the United States. The company provides field service, project management, upgrades, conversions, parts and supplies, and phone support for all major makes and models of ATMs and kiosks.

Executive Management

Alan Howard, President and CEO

Mr. Howard is President and CEO of Burroughs from its launch in February 2010. Prior to that appointment he was President of Unisys Payment Systems, a worldwide business unit serving the financial industry. In his 22 years with Unisys he has held numerous leadership positions driving change in the payment sector. Before being named President four years ago, he was Vice President and General Manager for Payment Systems North America. His International experience is extensive and broad. As a board director of Unisys Ltd for Professional Services he was responsible for the successful deployment of high speed check processing and outsourcing services into the UK market that ultimately lead to Unisys processing 80% of the UK check volume in partnership with the country’s Top 3 Banks.

Jerry Doubler, VP and Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Doubler brings a consistent record of trusted financial leadership complemented with direct hands-on operational experience in service, manufacturing and distribution.

Larry McCarter, VP & GM, Customer Services

Mr. McCarter is Vice President and General Manager, focused on industry-leading customer services and brings to Burroughs a broad background in global supply chain management, international partnerships, finance, and customer support. He is responsible for customer services operations for Burroughs’ differentiating set of product and service solutions provided worldwide.

Wayne Vandekraak, Executive Vice President of Business Development

Wayne Vandekraak is Executive Vice President of Business Development for Solvport. Mr. Vandekraak has more than fifteen years of management and executive leadership experience. Mr. Vandekraak's leadership background includes experience at Wells Fargo Bank, E*TRADE Financial, and Bluewire Technologies. He holds a BA and MBA from Portland State University.

Brenda Whinery-Casdorph, Senior Vice President of Retail Sales

Brenda Whinery-Casdorph is Senior Vice President of Retail Sales for Solvport. Ms. Whinery-Casdorph has more than fifteen years experience in the consumer packaged goods industry working with a wide range of retailers including supermarkets, convenience stores, delis, drug stores, membership stores and truck stops. Her expertise includes development of full-service programs tailored to the specific objectives and needs of the individual retailer and developing partnerships to build additional revenues, profits and store foot traffic.
